The Delta Ice Hawks have defeated the North Vancouver Wolf Pack 5-2.
It was a strong start for North Vancouver. As Cameron Moore got the Wolf Pack on the board early with his first of the season. And just a few minutes later, captain Jason Scott would double the North Vancouver lead on the powerplay. The Wolf Pack would take a 2-0 lead into the first intermission, but it was all Delta after that. As they’d score 5 unanswered goals, including 3 in the third period.
Despite the loss, goaltender Sam Bastien look very impressive in his PJHL debut. Stopping 43 of 48 shots faced. The Wolf Pack are back in action Sunday night, as they take on the Grandview Steelers.
