Terness Named 2nd Star of the week in the PJHL

The PJHL has named its Players of the Week for the week ending October 9.

Forward Cole Svendson (White Rock Whalers) was named the first star of the week while forward Brock Mierzejewski (Langley Trappers) took home third star honours. Tanner Terness of the Wolf Pack earned the title for the second star of the week.

Tanner Terness, F, North Van Wolf Pack – It was a busy week for the Wolf Pack with three games, the first three of the season for Terness, and he made the most of it by recording a goal and six helpers for the Pack. The 6-foot-2 product of Burnaby was named 1st Star in his first game of the season after supplying a goal and two assists in a 6-3 road win over Surrey. Terness set up North Van’s first two goals the next game, a 7-4 setback to Ridge Meadows and concluded his week with another two assists in a 5-2 loss at home to Langley.
