FINAL: Wolf Pack Kick Off New Year With Sixth Straight Win

The North Vancouver Wolf Pack have defeated the Port Coquitlam Trailblazers 8-4

It was a big game to kick off 2025 as just 3 points separated these two teams coming into tonights game. And the Wolf Pack looking to extend their win streak to 6 games. Port Coquitlam would score the opener just 1:04 into the game. But North Vancouver took a 2-1 lead into the 1st intermission after 2 goals from Matteo Pero.

Andrew Casellato would score early in the second. And David Yoon scored later on to put the Wolf Pack up 4-1. Before Leo Keith got Port Coquitlam back within 2 heading into the 2nd intermission.

The Trailblazers were able to get it back to a one goal lead thanks to Bailey Ewonus to kick off the 3rd. The Wolf were able to respond afterwards with 2 goals in 1:21 with the second of the night from David Yoon and a Power Play goal from Captain Jason Scott. Charlie Gardiner would cut the lead to 2. But the Wolf Pack would respond with the first PJHL goal from affiliate player Matteo Paradiso and the second of the game from Andrew Casellato to seal the game for North Vancouver.

The Wolf Pack are back in action tomorrow night to take on the Aldergrove Kodiaks at Harry Jerome Arena. Puck drop is set for 7PM PST
