For immediate release – The North Vancouver Wolf Pack have traded 2004-born defenceman Billy Johal to the Delta Ice Hawks in exchange for future considerations.

Johal began his PJHL career with the Ice Hawks during the 2021-22 season before moving to North Vancouver six games into the year.

In his first season with the club, the left-shot defenceman put up two goals and 13 assists for 15 points in 34 games. He would go on to register two assists in six additional playoff games.

Last season, the native of Delta, BC, scored twice and picked up four assists for six points in 23 games. He added two assists in his team’s Survivor Series match-up against the Grandview Steelers.

In total, Johal played 67 games, including one game this year, in blue and white in the regular season and playoffs.

The organization would like to thank him for his contributions and wish him luck.

North Vancouver is back in action this Saturday against the Ridge Meadows Flames.
