Wolf Pack represented at Top Prospects Game

The stage is set for the top players in the PJHL and KIJHL to showcase their talent at the BCHC Top Prospects Game tonight. The players were chosen by a group of individuals who will coach at the event. The game will take place on Tuesday, November 22, at the Sardis Sports & Leisure Complex in Chilliwack, BC.

One of the team’s forwards and the voice of the Pack will be the two members representing North Vancouver.

“It’s a pretty cool feeling. I’m happy that I can represent the Wolf Pack at such a prestigious event.” Casellato will also wear an ‘A’ on his jersey as he represents the PJHL. “It means a lot that the PJHL coach GM, Derek Bedard, put that trust into me and I just want to say thank you. I look forward to representing the PJHL correctly.”

Casellato (Burnaby, BC) is in his first season with North Vancouver. The left-shot forward has 9 goals and 12 assists for 21 points in 18 games. Casellato has had three 3-point games including his first game that he played with the Wolf Pack on October 6th.

Giancarlo Nadeau was born and raised in North Vancouver. He has been the voice of the PJHL’s North Vancouver Wolf for the past two seasons. Nadeau has aspirations of broadcasting at the next level of hockey and is very fortunate to be working with the Wolf Pack. Nadeau’s biggest highlight so far was when he had the chance to broadcast the Wolf Pack and Chilliwack Jets from the Sunshine Coast.

“It will be an incredible opportunity to cover the first-ever BCHC Top Prospects Game between some of the best players in the PJHL and KIJHL. I am very excited and very fortunate to be having an opportunity to cover this game. I look forward to the event and working alongside one of the best voices in the league in Ian Wilson.”

Ian Wilson will be providing the Play-By-Play for tonight’s game.

Both Casellato and Nadeau hope to make the Wolf Pack and the PJHL proud when the puck drops in Chilliwack.

Fans can catch tonight’s game on HockeyTV or at the Sardis Sports & Leisure Complex. Puck drop is set for 6:00PM.
